Jon Wade founded Mesa Health Partners after thirty years in healthcare, twenty as a hospital CEO in hospitals across rural, community, and tertiary settings.

He is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and is a Rural Health Fellow of the National Rural Health Association. He served as a detachment commander with the United States Army Reserve in Kosovo. He lives in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.
